Our vision for PowerPlay has always been to enjoy community ownership and involvement.  PowerPlay is about building something very special - TOGETHER!

Pickleball is such a social, community focused sport. It's changed so many people's lives for the better and it will continue to make positive impacts for decades to come. When defining PowerPlay Pickleball, we set out to make this destination a place owned by the community. We created two investment offerings:

REG D OFFERING = $25K MIN INVESTMENT

REG CF OFFERING = $1,200 MIN INVESTMENT

The Reg CF or "Community Funding" Offering is in place for non-accredited investors and pickleball players who would like to invest $1,200 or more. The Reg CF can be engaged via another website (powerplaypbinvestors.com) which is managed by our licensed SEC Broker Dealer, Andes Capital.
